I feel like for 3 you could stand to raise the first one up to +4/+4 but besides that, yeah it feels good.

Pretty solid. I feel like 11 life for 3 is the op push here, but still seems fairly balanced for a Naya modern card

Well Heroes' Reunion is 7 life for two mana without the red.

id make it +4/+4 and id do another form of life gain or a burn effect but looks like a fair card but also all the effects could be green and not necessarily nayan

The difference between this and Heroes' Reunion is that HR is not modal. It's a dedicated life gain card, which is bad. Here, if you don't need to gain life, you can bash in for more damage, but if you do need the life gain, it's there. That being said, i'd probably bring that number down to like 8. Also, make the token a centaur or elephant or beast or something. a 3/3 bear feels weird.

I'm not really feeling the red in this card. I would consider making the first mode more like Colossal Might with or without the trample. The higher power to toughness ratio would tie the red into the effect more. In effect it would be choose one.
I agree that a 3/3 bear does seem weird.

Holy crap, this forum is BOOMING right now! 4 threads in less than 20 minutes...
Anyways, the quick answer is no, I don't think so. It actually seems to fit right into a zoo deck, without the gaining life part (cause, you know, zoo goes more for burn). Maybe make it "Creatures you control gain lifelink until end of turn"? But besides that, I love it.
