This looks like the cards generated from that one AI program. You should look into it, really interesting article. Basically a guy programed a [science something] that can learn to do things by taking in information from various sources (here, all the oracle text on all magic cards ever), learn how the source functions (how the mechanics are made and cards are worded), then make new versions of them by using what it has learned. It learns as it produces, so the outcome gets better every time.
At first, it made things like:
~ 
~ Deals 4 cards from the top of opponent's graveyard into his or your hand. Morph (To Morph, whenever this card deals Lifelink to a creature, top card of library becomes flipped and gains "Morph, when target opponent dies, face-down lands deal to your mana opponent's library. Scry 3")
Then as it went, it got to more advanced things, like:

Legendary Land
: Add to your mana pool.
Then it started making proper cards and mechanics. For example:
~ 
Flying, Tromple (When this creature deals damage to an opponent, put a +1/+1 counter on it)

Cool, just making sure. So, two mana to make sure that you actually put that one card in your deck. Seems decent, would play.
Oh, and apologies for not coming up with any cards myself. When I make cards, I try to make them functional and I can't break myself from that mindset.

When Moose enters the exile zone, flip the table. All cards in hidden zones that become revealed are exiled, and all cards in visible zones that become hidden are exiled. Shuffle all other cards into their owners' libraries. Each player draws seven cards on a sheet of paper. Crumple up that piece of paper. Whoever can throw that paper the farthest, draws seven cards. Everyone else can exile the top thirteen cards of any player's sideboard and cast any of those cards without paying their mana costs, but still paying some mana. If you don't, then put Moose into play from exile.
