Custom Cards forum

The ability is called "Jibblification", a reference to the jibblies in the web cartoon homestarrunner. At the moment it just feels very weird. Basically what I want it to do is that if a card that has Jibblification is the sole means of killing another creature, then affect x happens.

Instead of saying "at the time of death" you should use "this turn" mostly just because it's more in line with the standard magic lingo and there's no ruling defining just how long of a period "the time of death" is. Also your saying "no other forms of damage" and in the two examples you provided neither -1/-1 or sacrificing are considered to be "damage". with this wording the cards still works but it could cause some confusion mostly due to the word "other" which implies that sacrificing and -1/-1 are forms of damage. all and all I think this is a really cool effect but the cards seam a little over powered.

More like pacify LIVEFORCHAOS.

The entire block is kinda overpowered as compared to usual magic standards moxypad. But considering I'm predicting an upwards of 1000 cards plus in the block(s), it would be in its own format environment. Potentially to the lengths of at least its own standard. However, I really appreciate the keyword feedback.

(A creature dies to due jibblification if that creature's toughness wasn't lowered by effects or counters from other sources or if it wasn't dealt damage from other sources during the turn that that creature died due to this card.)

How about this?

Pretty much describes the entire block, I am an avid modern player after all, so most of the cards are based around my experience in modern. A mass block nerf will have to occur once I get all the cards down.
