Lore Accurate Custom Planechase Planes cards - THEROS

Hi everyone. I've seen many custom planechase cards and most of them are not lore accurate. I want to make lore accurate custom planechase card because i want to use them to show locations of the multiverse in a future MTG tabletop campaign.

I will try to convert every terrains to the planechase format, every location describes in the lore for witch we have an official art. Of course if we don't have a size sufficient for making the card i will not make this one. And i will use the best quality version that i found. So there my 3 rules to make it lore accurate:

-Name of the location must be depicted in the lore or derived from the name of the mtg card -Name of the plane should be correct -The art use must be an official mtg art that represents the location i want to make.

As i'm not interested about rules i've juste let empty rulesbox, when the project will be "over" i will release the mtg set editor file so people can add their own rules.

I think some locations in the lore are missing (Asphodel, Tethmos, Odunos, skola, siren sea) and i'm not an expert in mtg fluff so i will take every advices about missing locations and art linked. For base lands as i don't have the name of location there are juste named plains, isle... If you have informations please help me :)

For some temple (adoration, enlightenment and providence) i have suppose tha there locations are Akros, Meletis and Setessa am i right ?

I think your first one is better as "The Kolophon - Akros" (source).
