Made up Planeswalker and Creature

Hey so I made this planeswalker and this creature. Feel free to give me feedback on if it's too weak/OP, stuff that should be changed, or just what you think of the cards.

Alright, let's break this down:
First, I really like the Planeswalker. Powerful, but not absurdly so, given the right kind of deck. The +1 and -10 are very nicely balanced, in my opinion, as is the -2, but it could be worded a bit better.
Second, my thoughts on the wording of the -2. It should probably say "Target opponent reveals a card at random from their hand. You may exile that card. If you do, that player draws a card." This, for one thing, means that you can't target two separate opponents, which the wording above allows for. This also makes it so that you aren't forced to exile a card and, if your opponent empties their hand before this ability resolves, they don't just draw a card for free.
Third, let's talk about that creature. The ability is, frankly, incredibly awkward. If you're trying to give all other creatures of the same name +1/+1, that's not the same as a +1/+1 counter. A +1/+1 counter stays on the creature and won't go away if the other creatures of the same name leave the battlefield. If you are attempting to make it a static ability, it should say, "Other creatures you control named Rayn's Subordinate get +1/+1 and have "
: All creatures named Rayn's subordinate can't be blocked until end of turn." This means that with two on the field, each of them will be a 3/4 with the ability to pay 4 and make both of them unable to be blocked. When one goes away, the other will go back to being a 2/3 with no activated abilities. I actually think that the P/T of the creature is a bit high, considering that they buff each other and yo can fetch and play them for free. They should probably be 1/2. Also, what is their race? I'm guessing Human, but I may be wrong.

Ooh, actually yeah, I didn't realize the -10 wasn't an emblem. It should say, "You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep (Draw step, maybe?), draw two cards." and "You can't lose the game for drawing a card when there are no cards in your library.""

You could probably make the staring loyalty on the first walker 4 or 5.

Everything here is fine, just needs to be touched up on wording. But there's something else that bothers me...
I didn't know Garret was into MTG.
