Some flavor: Madelya Terne is a planeswalking law-bringer, of sorts. Drawn to the conjoined planes Aristol and Bergent, after the most wanted man on several planes, Entiel Wessren, she finds herself caught up in a war that's reaching its climax due to the efforts of a man that Madelya suspects is Entiel. She finds herself taking part to save the planes from total destruction, and helps attempt to lead the Aristol to peace and cooperation with the Bergent. But will Madelya commit her efforts to saving the planes, or will she walk out the moment she catches the most valuable criminal of the multiverse?

How might you feel about constructive criticism? Because there's a lot to go over.
Firstly, her +2 is solid although +0/+1 and first strike is a bit odd, because the purpose of first strike is to kill before you are touched back. It would make more sense to do +1/+1.
The -2 is more of a red ability. Blue does have "gain control" spells but they keep it, and don't give haste. Returning, and giving haste, is strictly red.
The emblem is solid.
I would suggest either dropping blue to add red (Naya), or changing her -2.
That being said, if she is a bounty hunter, all of her abilities appear to make it easier for others to do her work? Shouldn't she be the one doing it, if she is a bounty hunter? The card name is simply a little misleading in what you might expect.
So really the only concern is her -2 to better fit a different color pattern, and maybe a less confusing name ^-^

Now that I can see your card, I agree with TT on the -2. Maybe she can gain the abilities of a card for a turn or tap down till she leaves play?
The buff/first strike fits nicely. The emblem is very . Just trying to think of some to slot into 2nd spot.

TypicalTimmy, Fuzzy003: Yeah, you're probably right. The reason her abilities are more defensive is that she's the defender of Aristol. Aristol on the defense from Bergent and this card is supposed to reflect that. Her first ability was designed to help creatures you control survive combat, and her ultimate is a ghostly-prison-on-a-stick. And yeah, her second ability doesn't make any sense. No clue what I was thinking there. Thank you for your criticisms and suggestions, I'll fix them sometime tomorrow. This is why I love this website, y'all are great.

Any thoughts on abilities for this one yet? Sounds a bit like an anti-planeswalker planeswalker...
Maybe:
Thwarts her targets moves then catches them and 'walks out.
