Magus of the Ancestors (and more)

During the Tiem Spiral block, WotC printed three cycles of creatures that formed a super cycle, with three creatures of each color. Those creatures referenced powerful cards from the early days of this game; five lands, five artifacts, and five enchantments.

Later, in the two previous Commander sets, WotC printed Magus of the Wheel and Magus of the Will, two magi who referenced two very powerful instants/sorceries (Wheel of Fortune and Yawgmoth's Will, respectively) that cannot be reprinted due to being on the reserved list. However, only two of the five colors of this game have been given such creatures, so I have decided to make three more magi, to complete that cycle, and the results of my efforts are seen, below.

Magus of the Ancestors Show

This card references Ancestral Recall, and thus was the easiest to design, since that card is one of the most powerful and iconic blue cards in the game. Sacrificing the creature is a part of the cost, following the theme established by the previous two creatures, and I even copied the mana cost and power/toughness of the other two creatures.

Magus of the Plowshares Show

This card references Swords to Plowshares, a very powerful and iconic white card, and was more difficult to design, because I could not find a white instant or sorcery on the reserved list that I felt was sufficiently powerful and iconic to deserve its own magus. Unlike the previous magus, this creature's ability can be used repeatedly, but has a higher mana cost in exchange for that ability.

I currently cannot decide which green instant or sorcery is sufficiently powerful and iconic to have its own magus, so I would greatly appreciate any suggestions that people may offer.

What does everyone else say about this? Did I do well with these creatures? Is there possibly a different white instant or sorcery that would be more suitable for having its own magus?

They announced a blue Magus, its based on Mind's Desire. Also, like both your guys are way over costed compared to Magus of the Will and Magus of the Will. You gotta aim for bigger spells than super common spells like Swords to Plowshares and Ancestral Recall (which, while powerful, can be pretty much done with any number of creatures for the mana cost/ability cost of your creature).

What about Magus of the Order for green (Natural Order) and Magus of the Burial Hallowed Burial?

Magus of the Order

, sacrifice Master of the Order and another green creature: search your library for a green creature card and put it on the battlefield.

2/3

Magus of the Burial

, sacrifice Magus of the Burial: Put all creatures on the bottom of their owner's library.

3/3

dbpunk, Natural Order seems to be an ideal choice for a green magus, but Hallowed Burial, however, is a much more recent card, so does not fit the theme of these cycles by referencing older cards. Mind's Desire is an interesting choice, because it is at its best only if many other spells have been cast before it, so I wonder how WotC shall replicate the storm effect for an activated ability.

Whoops mean Magus of the Wheel for the second one, my bad.

And they made the Magus creature a 6 drop, but the ability only costs 1.
