Fastbond is an amazing card, but it is extremely powerful, so WotC shall likely never reprint it, but I am very surprised that they have never printed a more expensive version of it, so I have created such a card, as seen, here:
Magus of the Bond Show
Obviously, a higher mana cost was needed to keep the card balanced, so I made it a creature, to provide an advantage to balance the higher cost. I was tempted to make it an elf, but elves are already extremely powerful, plus, all the other magi have been humans, so it was better to remain consistent and keep this creature as a human, as well.
What does everyone else say about this card? Do you like it?

DaWubber, that is another reason for which WotC should print a new and balanced version of it, to make that effect available to a great number of players.

It's too powerful of an enabler and I'm not a fan of stop mine soft locks.

I think Fastbond is also reserved list, which may impact is reprint-ability. And it just spiked a couple days ago, $10ish to almost $30 for a Revised copy.
