Was thinking of a non-planeswalker way to make emblems, not sure how it went...

Cascade. And emblems should be by nature walker-specific, but you could probably do this with cumulatative upkeep.

MTG Cardsmith doesn't have enough room for it, but how does "Cumulative Upkeep: Sacrifice a Creature" sound?

No, keep it as is, just remove the emblem part and put "Cumulatative upkeep: each player loses one life and each creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn."

There are a few nonplaneswalkers that make emblem-like effects, like Praetor's Council and Stigma Lasher, even this spell could be easily done to not need emblems.
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a blood counter on ~ each player loses X life, and each creature gets -X/-X, where X is the number of blood counters on ~.
Suspend 8 - 
Whenever a creature dies, if ~ is suspended, remove a time counter from it.

This sounds interesting actually. Like really interesting. Maybe cycle worthy? Maybe not suspend 10 though, like suspend 8?
