Add a card token to your hand.
Draw a card.

I agree with you on the single post. It would make things easier than saying "see my reply in the other post."
Is a card token that exists in your hand/library/graveyard really that complicated of an idea?

Yes it is. The way I read this is that it is a repeatable draw 1 for one mana which is super broken. It would be play in literally every deck.
If that is not how this works then make it more clear. Such as by adding rules text.

Draw 1 for 1 mana... like Opt is not super broken.
The card token is just that: a token that acts like a card in your hand. It doesn't do anything. It has no abilities. There's no type or mana cost or anything.
What it 'does' I make you appear to have four 'cards' in your hand instead of three. You can discard it to Ravenous Rats , Merfolk Looter or whatever. It boosts toys like Ivory Tower or Library of Alexandria or something to that effect. If it's the only thing if your library you can draw it and not die. A card token has no intrinsic use, but it can be used by effects that use 'cards' in your hand. That's all.

As a mainly EDH player, I love the idea of having a blank card in your hand to trick your opponents with. I'm not sure how often I would run this (almost all of my low curve cards are ramp) but it is pretty interesting.
Also, since it is a new concept, you should add reminder text to the card explaining that a card token is a blank token that can change zones. I can see why people would read this as "Add a copy of this to your hand".

To build off what I said on your other thread, this is the reason for keeping all custom cards posted near-simultaniously in the same place. This card is impossible to evaluate without knowledge from your other custom card (and, even then, I'd still argue it is impossible to evaluate because the "card token" rule you created was not presented in an effective manner).
Due to the lack of clear explanation of "card tokens" from your previous thread, I think this card is impossible to provide additional evaluation for.
