I really love playing miracles so I thought I would share this miracles commander I came up with. I posted a similar one in the card creation challenge thread.

Shonnin, Essence of Mysticism

Legendary Creature - Spirit

Hexproof, Flying

You may skip your draw step.

Whenever you cast a spell for its miracle cost, you get an experience counter.

Instant and sorcery spells you own have a miracle cost equal to their mana cost reduced by , , , or for each experience counter you have.

, Put a card from your hand on top of your library: Untap ~.

: Draw a card.

3/3

Would you want to play this as a commander?

I think you have a really unique idea here I just think it does way too much for one card maybe take off the put a card from your hand on top out and the draw a card and its pretty good also the red/white hybrid seems weird I feel like his cost could be 1RWU and be the same thing but look nicer

The mana reduction is a bit clunky, and turns all sorceries into instants during the draw step, even if you have no experience counters... Also, it feeds itself, so there's no need to actually run any miracle cards.

Perhaps word it like so;

"Whenever you draw an instant or sorcery, if it is the first card you've drawn this turn, you may cast it immediately. If you do, reduce its cost by for each experience counter you have."

This way, although you get the miracle effect, you don't actually give cards miracle, which means they don't feed the number of counters you get. Other wise, this creature becomes insanely powerful, especially with hexproof.

The version in the OP is not at all printable, even ignoring the templating errors.

A simple 4 mana, 3/5 flier, with:

"Instants and sorceries you control have miracle (explanation text of what miracle is). Their miracle cost is equal to half their mana cost, rounded up. (This includes color and colorless requirements)."

It should probably be worded more like this. This is still extremely messy, but it is more functional. The issue with how you worded it is that the spells wouldn't have miracle until after they are already on the stack, in which case you would have already paid it's full cost.

"If you would draw a card and its the first card you would drawn this turn, instead reveal the top card of your library. If it is an instant or sorcery card, you may cast that card. Otherwise draw a card.

If you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your library or for it's Miracle cost, you get an experience counter.

Instant and sorcery spells you cast from your library or for their Miracle cost cost less to cast for each experience counter you have."
