modern power level cards

I have some ideas for cards designed to be modern playable.

I would appreciate feedback on the cards particularly the power level for a modern context.

here is the first

spell sleuth RU

creature

whenever the first spell of a given name target spell sleuth in a turn copy that spell(it has the same targets).

whenever an ability would give spell sleuth +X/+X instead it gets +Y/+Y where Y is twice X.

spell sleuth is unblockable

The idea is a creature that functions like Blighted Agent but without infect.

so as it is not infect and hence needs to do 20 not 9 damage the abilities double pump spells and exalted effects.

and my second card is designed to fit in with a burn strategy

Whenever an opponent losses life during your turn instead you loose that much life and they gain that much life.

Whenever an opponent looses life during their turn instead the loose twice that much life and you gain that much life.

The creature seems ok. Not even really sure it'd see play in Modern based on its colors.

The enchantment seems OP to me. I mean, it negates your from attacking...at all. So that's bad to start, but then you attached an ability to it that turns Thoughtseize into a 4 damage spell. Shocklands do 4 damage as well and fetches can be turned into burn spells if they crack on your turn. Imagine what happens with things like Dark Confidant. Lose twice that life? No...this card is not ok.

What if the wording is changed to dealt damage?

uuuuhhhh

that first creature is too powerful. turn 3 kills almost 100% of the time you buff it...

a Brute Force on it makes it a 14/14. thats insane.

DERPLINGSUPREME the ideal is that if a creature or enchantment would give spell slinger +X/+X it gets twice that

this effect is not meant to work with instants sorceries and the aim is tho make it the same speed as a pumped Blighted Agent. how would you word the card to reflect that it is only a non insant or sorcery ability in question
