Also the card is meh, ten swamps is a lot.

The fact that you can get a land for one mana and some life is pretty nuts though. This would cause extreme shenanigans in some black EDH deck, perhaps even in 60-card formats with cards that counteract the life part. Shocks anyone?
Besides the unnecessary Enchantment Artifact part, I like it. Might make it instead of one colorless mana, but it looks fun.

There is no need for it to be an enchantment artifact. Just enchantment is fine. Quadruple black is only seen on Griselbrand and Temporal Extortion, though very high powered black cards. This is far from it, are the 4 pips just there for devotion?
I could see that in a set with heavy emphasis on landfall and it is an effect that would rarely do on its own. However, going on t5 from 5 lands to 10 is insane, even at the cost of 10 life. Suggestions:
Make the payment for the ability
, name it something like "Sheoldred's Blight", make it search only for basic swamps. Add something like "Whenever you tap a swamp for the first time each turn, target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life."
