So I've looked around the card database and I can't find any card like this so I've decided to make one.

Tresla, the Incremental Force

Legendary Creature - Goblin Warrior

, tap: Discard a card, Tresla deals damage to target opponent equal to the discarded card converted mana cost.

Could cost 2RB imo. Low combat stats. High ability cost. 4 cmc seems fair. Otherwise yep that's a very rakdos card

I like this card. I've been looking for a Rakdos General that works for the draw/discard deck I have and Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and Malfegor don't cut it. This is ideal for me; if only it were real.
