Name: Sizael, Lord of Unlife

Cost: 2BB

Starting Loyalty: 4

+1 : Put a 1/1 Black Skeleton creature token on the battlefield.

-3 Sacrifice a creature: Put X 2/2 Zombie creature tokens on the battlefield equal to that creatures toughness.

-8 You get an emblem with "Whenever a non-Zombie, non-Skeleton creature you control dies, put a 2/2 Black Zombie creature token on the battlefield tapped." and "Whenever a Zombie creature you control dies, put a 1/1 Black Skeleton creature token on the battlefield."

It's definitely pigeon-holed into straight up token making, with a hint of combotastic power, but I LIKE. The ult could be 7 or 8 though.

ult should read non-zombie, non skeleton to stop loops

I think the loops were the point

This seems quite balanced, with a nod to goodair's point. I don't see a problem with it being combotastic if you put the ult a little higher, maybe 15?

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage has a combotastic ult at -8, and its twice her starting loyalty and she's a five drop. Because of that, I'd say to make the first ability a +1, the ult a -8, and keep everything else the same.

Ignoring the ult, I would switch the tokens on the first and second abilities (so the first would produce skeletons and the second zombies). Every other four-drop walker that creates tokens creates 1/1s on the +, as 2/2s are a bit too sturdy to be getting every turn while bringing loyalty up. Or you could make this a 5-drop.

I'll try to re-balance it according to what you all suggested in a repost. I would post the card I made on Cardsmith, but I couldn't figure out how. -_-

Also, to respond to goodair's comment, I wanted to try and make it flavorwise, that Sizael is getting the most out of his undead, turning his dead zombies into skeletons, but I do also agree with getting rid of combos with cards like Gravecrawler.
