My friends and I are designing a home brew set. My slice of it is going to be naya colored. I want to pursue a nontraditional rout and make this Allied trio be focused on white as opposed to green. I am haveing trouble establishing mechanics, but i feel its going to be a naya jeski. Ideas anyone?
Yes, after talking about it, we decided to do a Alara esq, type set. Naya will be White, Bant will be Blue, Esper will be Black, Grixis will be Red, and Jund will be Green. We where curious to see what happened if thw center color was shifted to an allie enemy pair like they did for Khans.

Some sort of weenie mechanic similar to Rally or Populate or Battlecry makes sense. Combat tricks, exile effects, boardwipe, lifegain, first strike, protection

is there a theme established for this shard yet? That'd be the first place to look for mechanic inspiration (top down design, like Theros using greek mythology as the main design point for its cards)
you could also take the colors of R/W/G, find something that they share, and build the story from there (bottom up design, making a mechanic or mechanics and crafting a story around them)
