So I've been fascinated with Planechase as a format ever since I played Planechase 2012 and here's a short-draft of a few Planes and Phenomenon cards I have come up with to introduce planes that haven't made it in as a Plane card. My set number is 41 cards including Planes & Phenomenon, preferably 33 planes, 8 phenomenon like Planechase 2012. Anyway, without further ado, cards.
EsperPlane - AlaraBlue, Black, and White creatures are artifacts in addition to their other types[Whenever you roll chaos, target artifact creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is its converted mana cost]
AsphodelPlane - TherosWhen you planeswalk to ~ or at the beginning of your upkeep, you may put target creature from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.[Whenever you roll chaos, exile target creature. Put a colorless artifact token named Gold onto the battlefield. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."]
OreskosPlane - TherosCreatures you control have enchantmentwalk. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an enchantment[Whenever you roll chaos, put a 1/1 white Cat Soldier creature token with vigilance onto the battlefield.]
MeletisPlane - TherosAs long as your devotion to white and blue is less than seven, creatures you control don't untap during your untap step.[Whenever you roll chaos, untap target tapped creature you control, then put a 2/2 blue Bird enchantment creature token with flying onto the battlefield.]
AkrosPlane - TherosYou may target any number of creatures you control while casting instant or sorcery spells, and if you do, those spells cost 2 more to cast for each target beyond the first.[Whenever you roll chaos, put a number of 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield equal to your devotion to red and white.]
SetessaPlane - TherosWhenever you cast a spell that targets a creature you control, gain 2 life and search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Shuffle your library.[Whenever you roll chaos, target land becomes a X/X Warrior creature, where X is equal to your devotion to green and white. It is still a land.]
DuskmantlePlane - RavnicaBlue and/or black sorcery cards you own that aren't on the battlefield have cipher.[Whenever you roll chaos, target player reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a land card, then puts those cards into his or her graveyard.]
KorozdaPlane - RavnicaEach Black and/or green creature in your graveyard has scavenge. The scavenge cost is equal to its mana cost.[Whenever you roll chaos, target player sacrifices a creature, then gains life equal to that creature's toughness.]
New PrahvPlane - RavnicaWhen you planeswalk to ~ or at the beginning of your upkeep, detain up to two target creatures an opponent controls.[Whenever you roll chaos, white and/or blue creatures you control gain hexproof until a player planeswalks.]
NivixPlane - RavnicaEach blue and/or red instant and sorcery card you own that isn't on the battlefield has overload. The overload cost is equal to its mana cost.Whenever you roll chaos, put X 1/1 blue and red Weird creature tokens onto the battlefield, where X is equal to the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard.]
Rix MaadiPlane - RavnicaWhenever a player casts a black or red creature spell, it gains unleash.[Whenever you roll chaos, target player loses half his or her life, rounded up.]
SkarrgPlane - RavnicaAny time you could cast an instant, you may discard a red and/or green creature card and target attacking creature gets power and toughness equal to the discarded creature's power and toughness until end of turn.[Whenever you roll chaos, target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.]
Sunhome Plane - RavnicaWhenever there are three or more attacking creatures, put a charge counter on Sunhome. Attacking creatures get +X/+0 where X is equal to the number of charge counters on Sunhome.[Whenever you roll chaos, white and red creatures you control gain doublestrike and lifelink until end of turn.]
Vitu-GhaziPlane - RavnicaWhen you planeswalk to ~ or at the beginning of your upkeep, populate.[Whenever you roll chaos, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of target white and/or green creature you control.]
VizkopaPlane - RavnicaWhenever you cast a white and/or black spell, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.[Whenever you roll chaos:, return target creature you control to its owner's hand. Until end of turn, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.]
Zameck Plane - RavnicaBlue and green creatures you control have evolve.[Whenever you roll chaos, put a green Ooze creature token onto the battlefield. It has "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to 1 plus the highest power among creatures you control."]
Justiciar's PrisonPlane - AlkabahYou have protection from red.[Whenever you roll chaos, target permanent becomes red. This effect lasts indefinitely.]
Titan's CastlePlane - EchoirWhen you planeswalk to ~ or at the beginning of your upkeep, exile target nonland permanent.[Whenever you roll chaos, return all permanents exiled with Titan's Tower to the battlefield under your control.]
DrakestownPlane - FioraWhen you planeswalk to ~ or at the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge counter on ~, then put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker you control for each charge counter on ~.[Whenever you roll chaos, destroy all creatures target opponent controls. Put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker you control for each creature that died this way.]
PalianoPlane - FioraTo be determined[To be determined]
Explore NodePhenomenon [When you encounter ~, search your planar deck for a plane card that shares a plane type with the previous plane in play and put it on top of your planar deck. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)]
Spark IgnitionPhenomenon[Planeswalkers players control gain "-0: Planeswalk."]
For Paliano, I had trouble capturing flavor into mechanics, hence its unfinished nature.

I can also see Skarrg getting out of hand. If you can bloodrush for free, then there's gonna be some serious beatings going on.

SkarrgPlane - RavnicaBloodrush - (r/g)(r/g), discard a red and/or green creature card: Target attacking creature gets power equal to the discarded creature's power and gets toughness equal to the discarded creature's toughness. [Whenever you roll chaos, creatures you control gain trample until end of turn.]

I think Nivix is a bit overpowered. Oh, you mean Unsummon everything for U? Yeah. Just a thought.
