Arm the Gatewatch
Enchantment
When an attacking creature deals damage to a planeswalker you control, that planeswalker deals damage equal to its loyalty to that creature.
(Damage to be dealt is calculated before loss of loyalty counters.)

I think there is a rule that states that loyalty counters cannot exist on cards besides planeswalkers, I'll try to find it.

2 points I'd like to bring up
1) This seems to be only made with Atraxa in mind, I don't think she needs anymore BS toys
2) How could damage be calculated before loss of loyalty counters if the Planeswalkers first have to be dealt damage to trigger the effect? It makes no sense to me...

What about this:
Arm the GatewatchArtifact
When an attacking creature deals damage to a planeswalker you control, that planeswalker deals damage equal to its loyalty to that creature.(Damage to be dealt is calculated before loss of loyalty counters.)
Loyalty Graft 1 (This card enters the battlefield a with a charge counter on it. Whenever a Planeswalker enters the battlefield under your control, remove a charge counter from Arm the Gatewatch. If you do, put an additional loyalty counter on that Planeswalker.)
This solves the loyalty issue, and it can be "charged up" since charge counters are relevant.

if we feel like being strange we could always have it read, whenever a planeswalker you control is attacked it becomes a creature with shroud indestructible and power/ toughness equal to it's loyalty until the end of combat. There is probably still some way to break this.

Cool idea, but I feel it should have red and not black just my personal opinion
