For the green one, I think it's a bit more balanced since the number of cards is limited to a total cmc, say x is 1. You get one thing with cmc 1, not every 1 drop in the deck. If X is 2, you could either get a 2 drop or two 1 drops. And maybe the undying is a slight drawback, since the opponents get their creatures back if they manage to kill them. These cards are pretty cool. Although it could be easy to cheat them out with cards like Narset, Enlightened Master

I'm with Epochalyptik, the green one reads "assemble your combo to win the game this turn". Google "Cephalid Breakfast" for one of a thousand possible examples (this one using two cards for a total cmc of 3)
I like the Red one, it's got some cool flavour.

First three feel pretty broken, the green one literally reads "you win the game". The blue one feels overcosted.

Maybe the green one would be balanced if it was XX2GGG. And I agree, cephalid breakfast is op

So far emblems have only been given by 'walkers, correct me if I'm wrong. So i agree that the red one should be an enchantment. If cognizance did something like exile any number of cards, shuffle your deck then put the cards exiled this way on top of your library in any order. Draw a card. Exile cognizance. It would feel stronger and balanced at the same time. The black one could say creatures you own have undying. and i agree that the blue one is overcosted. Maybe give it delve or something

Undying returns the creature to the battlefield under its owner's control. Not sure if that's what you're going for.
Also, the green one is hyper broken.
