Raging Wildfires
Enchantment
Flash.
If a land would enter the battlefield under an opponent's control and it's not the first land to enter the battlefield this turn, instead that land card goes to the graveyard. Add to your mana pool for each land that goes to the graveyard this way.

Its worded more like an instant rather than an enchantment... How about this for mtg grammar:
"Flash
If a land would enter the battlefield, if it is not the first land to enter the battlefield this turn, instead put it into its owner's graveyard and add to your mana pool."

Your wording is definitely cleaner, but it makes the effect less one-sided; I.e. my opponents could activate their Wayfarer's Bauble during my upkeep and stop me playing my land! That's my plan! My version only benefits the controller of the enchantment.

Red does have a habit of hurting it's controller along with opponents
This card would completely ruin fetch lands too

Hah! Even better! Fetchlands smetchlands. A card that makes Drownyard Temple OP and hurts The Gitrog Monster? Perfect!

Okay, change in italics:
"Flash
If a land would enter the battlefield, if it is not the first land to enter the battlefield under its owner's control this turn, instead put it into its owner's graveyard and add to your mana pool."

That's definitely less broken. Without the itallics clause I think it would need an upkeep cost. Which is nice for flavor reasons.
Cumulative upkeep: sacrifice a land.

Well, color pie-wise, name-wise and text wording-wise, this can use some work. Otherwise, decent idea.
Raging Wildfires
Enchantment - Rare
Flash
When a land enters the battlefield under a player's control, that player sacrifices it unless that player has had no other lands enter the battlefield under his or her control this turn.

I think Boza's version is nerfed too much as lands can still be tapped for mana, can still be sacrificed to other effects, still trigger landfall, and can still be given protection from the ability via Sigarda, Host of Herons.

A nerfed version that doesn't ruin fetchlands, only ramp.

Smoldering Wildfires
Enchantment
Flash.
If a land would enter the battlefield that would cause a player to have two more lands in play than that player started the turn with, that land is instead sent to the graveyard. Other players may not put lands on the battlefield during other players' turns.
