Found some legendary creatures I made with Magic Set Editor.
I don't really know where I was going with Deluge. The art is sweet though.
I wanted more Bird support (sure Derevi is those same colors, but that doesn't help the tribal aspect I'm looking for). Basically if you have no creatures you can cast Galantyne, get a Bird token, then search for a Bird using the token and Galantyne.
This was based off a Yugioh card (Scrap Dragon for those who know what it is). Originally it was (Junk, get it? Ha. Ah, nevermind...), but plain syncs better with the current support.

At six mana he could be a 4/4. On par with Sphinxes

Sikridel can cheat out Blightsteel Colossus way too effectively, although I really like Galantyne.

By the way to clear this up since it may be confusing what I'm thinking is target himself with his destroy ability and boom, Blightsteel Colossus.

Any self milling, cards like Taigam's Scheming, which although I'm not very familiar with modern I know those are common. Jay.

Ha.
So I'm trying to come up with a U/R legendary that deals with artifacts. There's a ton of good support and legendaries as either mono red or mono blue, but not the combination.

Jay you are a wise man. I apologize for my mistake, but there is still good artifact cards to do that with such as Wurmcoil Engine, Inkwell Leviathan, Steel Hellkite, Epochrasite in commander, I mean maybe I'm overthinking this but I think it would be way powerful.

I think at his cost it's not OP. It's a strong card, but it's not like he's Tinker.

Sharuum the Hegemon is just as powerful, if not more because it can return any artifact card, and that's an ETB trigger which is probably easier to abuse than dying. Sikridel can only return nonlegendary artifact creatures.

The only problem seems to be the three color thing, also I started really thinking about what he could do with Wurmcoil Engine and that is just scary. Sacrifice Wurmcoil for tokens, sac a token bring him back, rinse-repeat.

I'd build Deluge EDH if it was a real card (it might not be the strongest thing, but it'd be fun). Probably a ramp base, with blue tokens.

Oh man I do enjoy these concepts. Nice to see a possible commander for blue fatties anyways, I think there is only really Lorthos, the Tidemaker. I can also tell that bird tribal is pretty insane from playing Kangee, Aerie Keeper EDH as well, so I really do like the bird theme. I'd agree that his cost is pretty low for what he can do. I mean really, turn four you can tutor for a Storm Crow! Jokes aside, I assume some inspiration for him came from Flurry of Wings
I do like where Sikridel is going in concept, its always nice to see more creatures supporting red artifacts. I've actually messed with Izzet artifacts a bit myself and even have a set that has a tribe entirely based on it. Luya and Jaha was my attempt at the concept. I always found artifact to be broken as hell with the combos they can access, so I guess she just appeases artifact players who like to play dem combos.
Also with Deluge, I'd totally want to try him out for a deck that can user Whelming Wave. Probably not as a win con but mainly for flavor to have big sea creatures like that. I do wanna ask, are these all cards with Yugioh art on them? It seems like they are in that style.

None of them actually are Yugioh artwork. I know their artwork all too well (there's piles of them lying around my house), and these aren't cartoony enough.
Combination of Google Images and DeviantArt.
Galantyne is bumped up to a 6 drop 4/4

Ah yeah Yugioh has more cartoon styled art but I remember some having quality close to Galantyne. Did you make these legendaries for use as commanders or did you just make them to be legendary creatures? Because they sure as hell got some nice potential as commanders.

Galantyne and Sikridel were meant as commanders. Deluge was just a legendary creature.
Yawgmoth won me a card making contest at a LGS.

I love Galantyne (as I love Bant cards...), but I do think it's a bit undercosted. Two (or more) flying bodies and a tutor (or more) to hand for 4 mana seems a bit low. 5-6 or maybe even 7 for that one.
