HiI just thought of a way for wizards to create a target creature loses shroud/hexproof card.
All creatures/permanents Target player controls loses shroud * choose 1 creature/permanent from amount these. creatures/permanent that lost shroud these creatures regain shroud except target creature. This effect is permanent /lasts until end off turn
*potential variations.
I know a glaring spotlight exist but this is for shroud, so could be targeted at yourself.
Is this legal?
Could this be abused?
How much should it cost?
What colours?
Instant/sorcery/sac-permenent?
Could just do "chose a creature (not target), that creature looses shoud and hexproof till the end of turn"

What...?Its not that complex. Jeez... And they still say they use it but don't keyword it. Meaning the one foil designed for shroud v2(hexproof) won't work on shroud... Which is still a thing.

Well, isn't there a card to include in nearly every Commander deck that gets rid of shroud? Why yes there is: Arcane Lighthouse!

I personally believe that they should have BOTH shroud and hexproof. With both in the game, IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE to become confused with shroud the way it was before. The reason I think we should have it back is that there are some designs that will never be balanced while the owner can target the creature. In those cases, shroud is exactly what would balance the design.

Asking about a design to remove shroud is as relevant as asking about a design that removes banding. Although the killing of shroud limits designs more than any other mechanic they have ever designed, and I hope one day we get shroud back, this effect would be practically pointless until then.
