At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top X cards of your library, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control. You may put a creature and a land card from among them into your hand.
, reveal any number of creature cards in your hand: each creature you control gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creature cards revealed this way.
5/3
Maybe switch it to the top 3 only? And I understand it's wordy, but I couldn't simplify it too much.

Yeah I just was going for a silly name.
And actually land or creature may help. Honestly I'd probably do creature alone but it's also trying to semi-promote Naya/Temur tactics.

The question is, what do you do with the cards that don't get placed into your hand? Shuffled back in? Put back in any order? etc.
I think you should make it a fixed value, three sounds fair enough, and additionally reduce the activation cost of his ability down to 3 while also making him have to tap, that way his haste won't make him completely op for his CMC.

Or maybe you could even reduce his activating ability down to 2 because otherwise it would be difficult to use the turn he comes into play, it's just a matter of balancing his "At the beginning of your upkeep..." ability.
I personally think he could lose some power and maybe toughness to become 4/3 or 3/3 and have more of a supporting role, which leads me to my question, what format is your idea for?

This is an idea for a commander card (ideally since there are no legal commanders in this color). And those ideas both seem very reasonable.

In general, it's wordy. That's a hefty text block on a card.
As for the first ability, it's extremely strong. Even for the intensive 4 CMC of the creature itself, it reads reveal top 5 and draw two of those. That's approaching Dig Through Time level, especially because it's every turn.
