Atony1400, special thanks to you as this was inspired by your recent post about a RB Sarkhan.
What if we went back to Tarkir at some point to find Sarkhan ruling the plane with his dragons?
I give you:
Sarkhan, Master of Dragons 2
+1: Search your Library for a dragon creature card. Exile that card. Sarkhan, Master of Dragons deal damage equal to that cards power to target creature.
-3: Search your Library for a dragon creature card. Put it onto the Battlefield. This creature gains haste. Exile it at the at the end of your next combat phase.
-10: put all dragons exiled with Sarkhan, Master of Dragons onto the battlefield under your control. They gain haste until end of turn. Exile them at the beginning of your next end step.
4 starting loyalty.
This card is something that I thought about for pure flavor, not something I would expect to see WotC actually print. One of my friends had fun thinking him up, and the RB Sarkhan Atony1400 posted about was the inspiration. Sarkhan Unbroken is clearly meant as the final evolution of Sarkhan, not that we won't see him printed again, but o think this would be a fun way to go in for the casual players.
His minus 3 seems a little crazy. It could win you the game the turn he comes in or the turn after

Ok, should there be some type of cap on the power of the dragons you can choose? Maybe the -3 makes a token dragon that goes away after combat?

No problem, i'm happy to inspire people.
I really like this. While I feel a card with too much tribal effect will not see much play, I feel this card might push players to do so. You get alot of neat abilities, (especially the ultimate, which reminds me of Karn Liberated, but just for dragons).
By the way, you can use symbol:2 for that in Sarkhan's mana cost.

I would make that +1 a +2. it'll make him easier to ultimate, b/c as is he's nigh impossible to.

He doesn't need to ult easier, especially for his current CMC. Increasing his loyalty gain would break him completely.
He either needs to have his CMC increased and minor loyalty ability tweaks or keep his CMC and give him some moderate drawbacks for his abilities.

I like the flavor, but it's broken. Take just the +1: Positive loyalty cost, tutoring (sort of), and with a card like Draco in your deck, possibly burning for 9 damage all at the same time? Yeah, broken.
That said, I do like the flavor because it actually feels like it captures a personality. It's a bit of a slave to it's concept, though. Personally, I would have a +2 which skims the top of your library for a dragon, a 0 which dashes a dragon in your hand, and the ult would dash all dragons from your graveyard. But I can see why you didn't for this card.

@Egann keep in mind it only hits creatures, so it's more like 4 mana to kill an eldrazi.

Yea. I was NEVER going to let that +1 go to an opponent or a Planeswalker. It's just efficient removal. The only real reason to choose Draco is to get him in exile for the ultimate.
Anyone feel a non-legendary dragon clause for these abilities is necessary?

I think the dragon's CMC limit or dragon's power limit idea you had earlier is a good solution just so the damage you're doing doesn't get too out of control.

I agree with GearNoir, he could easily be broken if in the right circumstances, so I feel a limit in necessary. I'd go with a limit of . It keeps him decent, but stops Nicol Bolas.

I can see that being 100% fair for this card. My goal was to make the most Sarkhan Sarkhan I could. I figured dragons, dragons everywhere was a good place.

A little OP.
There are pretty much no downsides to his abilities except for the fact that you might run out of dragons to use eventually if the match wears on; they'll mostly be in exile waiting for a -10.
The +1 will probably immediately draw out some ridiculously high dragon for 6+ damage on turn 4 in addition to what's already on the field.
The -3 might be the most balanced part of the card - blocker and/or damage.
-10 might never be used, but if it does, game over.
This is a 6-7 CMC planeswalker IMO, at the least, like Sorin, Grim Nemesis. That will offset some of the power I think.
