I love slivers and i would really like to se a planeswalker form them. but i also created kind of a story with this planeswalker.
He has three "stages" and only in the last stage he is really a sliver. The other two are more meant for standard and limited.
The Abandoned
+1: The Abandoned becomes a 4/4 Insect abomination with indestructible until end of turn. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to it this turn. It gets your choice of Vigilance, First strike, Trample, Flying, Lifelink, Haste or +1/+1.
-4: Destroy target creature or Planeswalker. You gain life equal to it's toughness or Loyalty.
-7: Choose a creature type. Destroy every creature of that type.

In this phase he is nothing more than a sliver exiled from the hive. He can think on his own and has a spark so the queen abandoned him and he is now trying to survive alone, preying on slivers and other animals. He also isn't a sliver anymore, instead he is an insect abomination. I would like his art to look like a half-human half-sliver creature sitting on a tree and watching an animal (or sliver)
The Breeding
+1: Put a 0/1 token onto the battlefield with: This permanent enters the battlefield with a hatch counter on it. If there are no hatch counters on it sacrifuce it and put a 2/2 insect abomination token onto the battlefield.
0: Remove all hatch counters from permanents you controll.
-3: You get an emblem with: Choose one: Insect abominations you control get: Vigilance, First strike, Trample, Flying, Lifelink, Haste or +1/+1.

This happened after he got attacked by his hive and planswalked somewhere where he was captured by some biologists and is beeing experimented on (simic? anyone?). He now can use all 3 elemental colours of mana but since he was a drone making slivers id not possible for him. instead he breeds insect abominations wich don't have sinergy with slivers. Anyway i thought it would be cool if in this set there would be other cards that make egg tokens and emove hatch counters to make a kind of standard archetype. His art could be him kind of protecting an egg in a nest and in the background there are glass containers with small insect eggs/babys in them.
Silver, Sliver King
+2: Put a 0/1 egg tokne onto the battlefield under your opponents controll with: This permanent enters the battlefield with a hatch counter on it. During your opponents upkeep remove a hatch counter from this permanent. If there are no hatch counters on this permanent sacrifice it and put a 1/1 collorless Sliver token onto the battlefield under your opponents controll.
-1: Remove target sliver from your hand from the game and put 2 time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend it gains suspend. Remove all passive abilitys from that creature. You get an emblem with that ability.
-2: search your library for a sliver and put it into your hand.

He has now become much stringer than the biologists can handle and broke free creating a new hive. But since he isn't a queen is more specific and all his slivers can think on theyr own and they make kind of a Hive-kingdom. Also he has a name now which he gave himself after hearing the biologists talk about him and since he can't really talk he heard "SIlver" instead of Sliver.
I thought of a way to make sliver tokens not as broken and made the egg mechanik. it gives your opponents time to react and they can try and destroy the egg with more methods.
the second ability was just something i thought would be fun. It makes your creatures unimportant (except if they have active abilitys (like Sliver Overlord) and lets you play slivers without paying mana.
His art should be him, but bigger, in a broken castle with eyes in the backround of all his slivers and a hive forming araound the castle.
So this is my Sliver Planeswalker. I hope you like it and if anyone wants to make the art for him i would really like it since i can't draw.
CharlesMandore maybe you are right. I thought he should be green because its the colour of nature but i didn't consider the colourwheel.
Also thx for telling me the second ability is to strong. These are my first cards i made ever so i don't really have experinece with that.

Hm.. The second feels almost mono green, and the last doesn't feel all that powerful, or all-colored.

Really? i thought the suspend ability would be almost too broken.
Also i can't make a sliver planeswalker and make it not ive coloured ;P.

I think that the first one is by far the most powerful. His +1 is close to strictly better than Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, also I don't think vigilance matters on planeswalkers. His -2 is strictly better than Ob Nixilis Reignited -3. It's on par with Nicol Bolas -3. His ultimate is the only balanced ability unless you are playing against tribal then it's Garruk the Slayer -25. These are all considered very powerful walkers so being strictly better than all of them is a little much.

Is gideons ability really that good? Maybe it could help to make it a 3/3 insect instead. what do you think?

I feel like the first one is black. The + ability should be a - ability. Maybe destroy target creature at +1. 3/3 insect and drop the vigilance keyword at -2. Possible boardwipe affecting only your opponent feels op at -7. I'd up it to 9 if he's going to start at 5 counters. 3bb or 1bbb mana cost for play balancing as (5) is kind of easy to come by making him a super powerhouse to overwhelm your opponent.

Second still feels kinda black. Maybe sultai colors. Idk about the egg thing. Unless the scientists made him able to basically be a queen while still being male. Other than a color swap, i dont really have an issue with power level or abilities. This card doesn't seem very red to me.

Haste is relevant if they were to become a creature the turn you played them.

For the third, -2 for suspend, -X where X is the converted mana cost of the card you search for..makes getting +2 mean more and balances him out a bit for the tutor ability.

First one gets abilities outside of Green's color wheel. Actually the whole thing feels outside of its flavor. It's like BG, or maybe BGW... but the second ability is a bit powerful.
