Fantasy tales, from both traditional folklore and modern popular culture, speak of magic items (usually weapons) that can destroy other magic items or dispel magic, but this game, amazingly, does not yet have such an item, so here is one, now.
Spellslicer Show
This card is a weapon (likely to be a sword, but is could also be an axe or scythe) that can destroy magic that it touches, but I made the ability optional, since such weapons usually can be controlled in most stories. I originally chose the name “spellcleaver,” but I liked the alliteration of “spellslicer” more, so I chose that name instead.
What does everyone else think of this card? How well did I do with it?
I think this too strong personally. It breaks the color pie

shadow63, how does it do that? There are numerous colorless artifacts with effects that are usually associated with a specific color, and WotC has said that colorless cards can do anything, as long as they have a higher cost than colored cards that perform the same effects.

I'd say this is arguably under costed then. Also theres only 2 colorless cards that can hit both artifact and enchantments and they both have green symbols in the text box.
Theres only 2 that destroy just artifacts and one has red in the text box and theres only one that just hits enchantments and it has green in the text box.

It’s a very low impact card. When you think of cards like Sword of Sinew and Steel and Sunforger it isn’t as impactful. I’d say you can give it a lower equip cost and also tag on an ability that gives the equipped creature protection from instants and sorcerers.
