Cost 
Type: Enchatment
Effects: At the beginning of each player's upkeep that player Sacrifices each creature with power 3 or greater unless they pay 
Effect 2: At the beginning of your upkeep each Opponent must Sacrifice each Creature with power 3 or greater unless they pay
I feel this could be a RTR2 Enchantment Cycle this one being the orzhovan one, what do you guys think? what would you think the rest of the cycle would be like?

Effect 2: Whenever a Creater with power 3 or Less enters the battle under your opponent's you may have control Target Creature you control fights it
