Suggestions for a Legendary creature and/or planeswalker for EDH?

Hey! I'm not sure if I can put a link to one of my decks here, so I'm just going to say it's a bird deck and that it's on my page!
So me and a friend agreed about creating a general for one of our EDH decks, it can be a legendary creature or a planeswalker.
I want to make a general for that bird deck which would help out my birds, improving the deck while still being balanced of course. Since I'm new to custom cards, I'm looking for suggestions here! Anyone willing to help?
Blue and White, current general is Kangee, Aerie Keeper

Birdman (planeswalker) 1GWU (Bant.. giving you access to green)
Planeswalker - Birdman
Starting Loyalty: 4
+1: Put a 1/1 white Bird creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
-1: Put a 2/2 blue Bird creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
-5: You get an emblem with "All Bird creatures you control get +2/+2."

Oh hey makin bird EDH general? I could give that a try. I actually saw this one Bant bird general made by someone thats pretty damn nice, but I honestly forgot where I saw it and who made it...what specifically do you want the general to do? Just bird tribal like Kangee does? Or you want something more in a different theme?

KalvinHobbez kinda like kangee, as long as it's helping my birds or my birds are helping him
FAMOUSWATERMELON I don't think it's "not great" at all, in fact, it's propably a bit too strong, maybe something like "at the end of combat, if a bird dealt damage" instead of whenever a bird deals damage as I will probably have lots of birds
cklise My deck is already built so I don't really want to add colors, but thanks for the suggestion.
Also, it can be serious or not, it doesn't really matter, as long as it's fun to play :)

Was gonna take a route of a Bant general that is based on making counters (Simic +1/+1 counters and feather counters for birds), but you mentioned the tribal thing so I stuck more true to that then. Found this nice art and already had an idea in mind of a primordial owl familiar of many famous wizards.

Xadroy Well EDH is the format of wipes, so I'll doubt that you'll that many birds. And if you really have that many, this is more of a win-more. But I see your point.

Yeah, oddly, my playgroup doesn't play that much boardwipes, but I'll see with them if your first suggestion is approved, otherwise, I like that Hoal card from Calvin, it seems good :)

In terms of real cards, Isperia the Inscrutable is the best for bird tribal, in spite of the fact that she's a sphinx. Flavor-wise, you could justify it being because she has made a law about birds or something.
As for fake cards, here's my attempt:
Ful-jer, War Falcon 
Legendary Creature - Bird
Flying
Return a Bird you control to its owner's hand: Choose one:
Draw a card, then discard a card.
Gain 5 life.
Put a blue 1/2 Bird creature token with flying onto the battlefield.

klone13 As stated above, I don't want green in there, the deck is already made
MagicalHacker The third ability may be a bit too much, maybe if "Return a Bird you control to its owner's hand: Choose one:" was changed to "non-token bird you control" because otherwise I could activate, let's say, Crookclaw Elder an infinite amount of time or I could abuse any ETB triggers.
