Mikoboro, Land of Unwelcome Dreams

Mikoboro enters the battlefield tapped unless you have five or more cards in your graveyard

(Tap) Add one colorless mana to your mana pool.

(Tap) Sacrifice Mikoboro: Target player puts the top 60 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

It is super weird yet kinda cool. Any Thoughts?

Yup, weird definitely fits here. Oh, and EDH gives the middle finger to the 60 cards. You could just say library.

The thing is, it's not as difficult to get that mana requirement as most people would like to think.

Well, if you are running it then the rest of your deck probably mills as well. If I make it library instead of 60 cards it would be too good.

If you're running this, the rest of your deck would be wasted on mill effects. You'd just play ramp and tutors.

And, except in EDH, library and 60 cards are effectively the same thing. 60 actually overmills in every single feasible case.

The ability doesn't feel WUBRG, it should still have ~9 CMC but only require U and B to use. The first ability could include the Threshold keyword.

Having a win condition on a land is a tricky mechanic to manage, so be cautious moving forward with this one. Keep in mind cards that win the game on the spot typically don't play any sort of supporting roles. For example, Door to Nothingness doesn't help your deck by tapping for mana, it just wins instead. A card generally shouldn't both help you bridge the gap to your win condition and be your win condition.
