Wizards wouldn't make him, so I thought I would. I'm basing this off of the bout that Taigam had with Sarkhan in the Dragon's Eye Sanctuary:
Master Taigam 
Legendary Creature - Human Monk
First Strike
Whenever Master Taigam deals combat damage to a creature, tap that creature and remove it from combat, that creature doesn't untap during it's controllers next untap step
"There is nothing higher except Ojutai himself."

I don't think that it would be too overpowered, I could see that it might be a bit powerful in standard, but I thought up the idea with commander in mind.
I am also aware that all the other Khans have their Brood's mechanic, but I left it off of Taigam because technically he is not a Khan.

There are lots of cards that tap creatures and don't let them untap for a turn in blue.
Plus Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit is the White creature of this cycle.

I like the idea. What about my rendition of Taigam?

Monk
Hexproof
When he or any non token creature enters the battlefield you may scry 2.
When he deals combat damage to a creature, that creatures contoller discards 2 cards and you loose 2 life.

But, Taigam isn't dead. I posted a link that tells you the story of Sarkhan meeting who he thought was going to be Narset, but ended up being Taigam in her place.
Though, I don't think that'd be too bad to see on another legendary creature, definitely feels

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a Taigam card in a Commander set in a few years, a la Stitcher Geralf and Ghoulcaller Gisa. That being said, I think Narset Transcendent does a pretty good job completing the cycle of ex-khans since she has the Ojutai keyword, which is pretty unusual for planeswalker card, with... Garruk Relentless Flip being the only other one? I think? If transform counts?

That UB version seems really op. The one in the original post seems balanced though.

Perhaps the UB version would be legendary (Mythic rare) And P/T is 2/1?

I think he just needs to lose hexproof. That much scry is really strong, and should need to be killable, yknow?

MasterThief i really like the idea of the card. stops attackers with trample and he protects himself during combat. i feel like this card should be 
though.

swkelly89 I agree with you that this card definitely feels UW. But, wanted to keep it mono color due to the cycle being mono colored legendaries.

2 issues. 1) taigam is 4 sultai. 2) ojataj = bobbies. (i think?)
