Maybe a Miracle cost of 0? And he should be able to be removed from blocking too in case he blocks a 1/1 and he gains Deathtouch or +3/+3 or something along those lines.

Way too strong for the cost. Maybe first strike instead of double strike and instead of that "losses first strike or double strike" give him an ability that like "RRR1: Put The Flash on the battle field from your hand tapped and attacking" Like the super haste but with an alternative cost to get said super haste to surprise the defender. This way he is still combat-able and strong.
