I've got this deck that I want to build, but unfortunately there isn't really a good leader for it.
I'm going to suggest a design for a commander; and I'd like if we could a) take some guesses on what kind of deck I'm looking to build (and make suggestions) and b) try to make the new commander fair.

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell you may sacrifice a land. If you do, draw a card.
Sacrifice two enchantments: gain life equal to the number of land cards in your graveyard.
4/3

Enchantments and lands unfortunately don't have enough overlap for my liking other than Overgrown Estate and Dark Heart of the Wood actually being enchantments. I want to play with cards like The Gitrog Monster, Knight of the Reliquary and Titania, Protector of Argoth. Crucible of Worlds and Life from the Loam, and the odds are the deck will need a fair number of enchantments to function so it would be nice if there was some sort of synergy between the two.
Even maybe some kind of Vampire Druid, the first green vampire?

Does two enchantments for a small amount of life seem pointless?

Surprised you don't want stuff like Omnath, Locus of Rage and Goblin Trenches! Have you thought about adding red?

It is one of the ways I've considered building Saskia the Unyielding. Four colors is overwhelming though. Good stuff aggro?

Don't be overwhelmed! I'd say try to do Saskia Enchantress Lands, and see how you like it.

Sacrifice two lands: return target enchantment from your graveyard to your hand.
Would this make it more fun and complete?

Yes, that would work very well. It gets lands in the yard for Gitrog and KotR to bring back with Crucible and Life from the Loam.
Is a 4/3 for 4 fair for this card?

Sure! Even a 2/2 or 2/3 would do it, but I like when cards are a little bit pushed let's say.
Maybe something 'Doran style' would fit more that kind of creature... Something like a 2/5 or ?

An enchantment deck that sacrifices lands >:).
I think I'd like it (it'd be a bit more symmetrical) if you sacrificed enchantments for the second ability, but maybe sac 2 enchantments since you already plan on having a lot of those out.
