When Umumi ETB, I believe you may pay to keep your hand and library concealed, meaning an investment of 8 total mana. Likewise, when your upkeep happens you can put it's ability on the stack and ignore it's effect on you, keeping your hand and library concealed once more.
You'd need to continually invest during each of your upkeeps, but it means everyone else must play revealed at all times.

As written Umumi's controller's hand and the top (card) of their library will be revealed when it comes into play until the activated ability resolves and at the beginning of their upkeep until they can resolve the activated ability again.
To achieve a similar effect that would work you could change the text to:
Opponents play with their hands and the top card of their library revealed.
At the beginning of your end step you may pay , if you don't play with your hand and the top card of your library revealed until your next end step.

I don't think that's how Umumi would work. Since her first ability isn't that of the triggered sort, you can't respond to it--thus your hand/library will be revealed for at least that one turn.
