I would think white because its a "Savior" card for creatures.

Well Planar Cleansing costs 6. So we could Probably do the same cost, I mean Armageddon costs 4 right? So I would go for 2GGWW because the mana cost is really color intensive.

Yes, but Armageddon was, quite frankly, a mistake at that mana cost. Blowing up lands, especially lands and other permanents at the same time, should cost more.

Also, green is fantastic at ramping and color fixing and both colors are rather good at pushing out a bunch of creatures in a short period of time, so making it cost more is probably a good idea.

why not have it be 3RWW?

fits reds "destroy all" thing and saves the tokens and peoples for the whites.

I think it still has to be double of each though, because if this was Supreme Verdict easy (colorwise) castable I think we would have a problem. So to keep it at 6 cmc I think it has to be 2WWRR.
