Which one of the these demons is the best for a commander?
Do you think these cards are balanced at least FAMOUSWATERMELON?

Apochrypho is... fairly strange when it comes to the abilites. First off, I don't really think it needs intimidate AND trample, because they basically do the same thing, which is get past the opponent. Also, if these were designed for EDH, 10 life is not bad but definitely not worth sacrificing all your lands and this guy for.
Eater of Aeons is very expensive but in a format where mana accelerators are abundant, he should not be too hard to get out once a game. And then, if he's not dealt with, he gets you infinite turns in a row if you only have one opponent left. Like a much better, more expensive Medomai the Ageless who doesn't have a setback. Maybe something that makes sure he can't do that.
Gudraal is appetizing just because of the thought of winning the game in one strike. I like the sacrificing the lands part though, definitely adds some cool flavor. And his mana cost makes him very restrictive too...
Magnar I'm actually sort of at a loss of words for. He can either be amazing, or terrible. He's not too shabby but not incredibly powerful like the others either. To be quite honest, I don't know how powerful he is because I have not watched or played enough EDH games for that...

These are all fair due to their costs. I'd probably run Gudraal personally due to the ability to one shot people rather than grind it out over two or three turns. That being said, Eater of Aeons is way cooler as one of the 99, his ability is much more unique.

I'm currently working on a set of huge mono colored legendaries. This was a good start.
Any ideas on what I should do for the other creatures?

I'd say that you need to change Apochrypho into a "sacrifice X permanents" kind of creature. An ability like , Sacrifice X (non-land?) permanents: Each opponent loses equal to twice the value of X" would be way cooler and have a lot more utility.
Magnar, Life Cleaver is just kind of a boring effect. A repeatable Trouble is cool, but it doesn't really fit black quite as well. You want to make them discard, not have a large hand. So something like a Hymn to Tourach on a stick would be fun.

Eater of Aeons, without a doubt.
