Wording of March of the Machines that makes artifacts Vehicles?

Is this worded properly?
Each noncreature artifact is a Vehicle with power and toughness each equal to X times two and Crew X, where X is its converted mana cost plus one.
Edited wording:
Each noncreature, non-Vehicle artifact is a Vehicle with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost plus one.
Vehicles have flying and crew 1.

Actually, it does not have the same functionality. By separating it into two clauses you have inadvertently given all vehicles a new crew cost. I believe that the original wording is good, but a few changes would be in order.
Each noncreature artifact is a Vehicle with power and toughness equal to two times X, and have Crew X, where X is its converted mana cost plus one.
Other than including some minor syntax and grammar you were already good.

Nah, all Vehicles were already noncreature artifacts, so both clauses apply regardless.

Yeah, I'm with zephramtripp on this one, I think.
Some card this is gonna be! Boros colors? Sounds totally broken in a Depala deck...I like it(:

The funny thing about this card is that because all Vehicles gain this cards benefits, I think every single Vehicle gets better, especially Smuggler's Copter, which becomes a 6/6, but retains Crew 1.

zephramtripp, I do like splitting it into two clauses, as it now also buffs existing Vehicles! Thanks!
Funkydiscogod, now I feel like such an idiot for forgetting about Bludgeon Brawl! Definitely following suit with that, but with a split design to buff existing Vehicles too.
OP edited now.

It might flow better if you broke it into two clauses.
Each noncreature artifact is a Vehicle with power and toughness equal to twice its converted mana cost plus one. (For example, if its converted mana cost is 3, it has eight power and eight toughness)
Vehicles have crew X, where X is their converted mana cost plus one.
This has the exact same functionality as the one clause card but is probably easier to parse.
