Kryinus, Child of Three Gods
Human Soldier
Lifelink
Spells and abilities you cast that target one or more creatures you control cost less.
Whenever you cast a spell that targets a creature you control, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
2/2
Flavor Text: Ephara gave him wisdom, Iroas gave him strength and Keranos gave him the will to use both.
Ok so power it down a bit? Honestly I was thinking more Heroic for edh.

I think it might be a bit more fair if you take off Prowess and Lifelink and maybe bump it up to ?
Also, I really like the flavor text.

canterlotguardian ~ yeah. I second the enchantment voltron fo sure.
dbpunk ~ I would drop the prowess. He already pumps with the targeting ability so simultaneously pumping himself is a little over the top even if it's only temporary.
I would also cut the "make stuff cheaper" by one and have it only discount by one cmc instead of 2.
That should balance it quite nicely. Leaves a window for ppl to answer it without it being a complete nerf but still leaves it pretty strong.
And as accelerando11 stated, I absolutely LOVE the flavor text. Very well done overall on the card.

I wouldn't recommend it. My issue is that a heroic deck is innately a deck that trades card advantage to try to aggro out and win. In commander, card advantage is too precious, and making cards cost less or giving creatures counters both do nothing to help mitigate that inherent strategy flaw.
Either give heroic decks a way to gain card advantage or give them the possibility of storming out with some kind of land untapping business.

Ok so I edited it and honestly M a g i c a l H a c k e r in the colors that he's in (specifically U and R) has plenty of ways of gaining some form of card advantage. But I do see your point. But I can understand your viewpoint there.
And thank you very much accelerando11 and Bellock86, I feel like the flavortext may be one of the best parts of the card.
Also I edited it, however I feel like it would lose a good chunk of the white part of the card if I removed Lifelink from it. As for the mana cost, I feel as though the most Id be willing to pay for a 2/2 with those abilities is , especially since it's tricolor. But I may be overpowering it still.

He looks fun for voltron, you could play it as a storm deck.

Sounds fair to me. It's probably still no Uril, the Miststalker in terms of "holy shit this will get annoying quickly". The key difference is that it'll die before you attach an aura to it if you drop it turn 4. Uril has this built-in hexproof which really helps with voltron. However, if you give this thing hexproof in time and attach some totem armors to it, damn. Yeah, sounds good.

The flavor text is amazing and the name fits, but i'm not sure how the abilities tie into the flavor.
despite all the references to the three influential gods, Kryinus is closer to a legendary Battlefield Thaumaturge (like its 1U frame/ ability cost) then the gods that gave this character a reason to exist.
There is strong creature based synergy between Ephara and Iroas, and wonder if Kryinus abilities may be better suited towards creature based means. even something as simple as "You may cast creature cards as though they had flash" and/or "Prevent all damage that would be dealt Kryinus while attacking". something that echo's the abilities of the gods that taught Kryinus (and while i see some Ephara in Kryinus' abilities, Iros is equally as important)
either way, fun card

Holy balls that is strong. OP, I would say. Enchantment voltron, anyone?
