As an additional cost to cast Xarx Chazerect, Who doesnt have any friends, lose a friend.
Xarx Chazerect, Lord of Degradation cannot be countered unless a player sacrifices 2 creatures and pays x life where x is the amount of mana used to cast Xarx Chazerect, Lord of Degradation.
Whenever a player casts a spell with a converted mana cost of 4 of greater counter that spell unless a player takes x damage or puts x amount of cards into his or her graveyard where x is that spells converted mana cost.
If Xarx Chazerect, Lord of Degradation would enter the command zone from anywhere you may gain control of target creature with a cmc of 3 or greater it gains haste and "any player may pay x life and sacrifice two creatures to gain control of this creature where x is this creatures cmc, sacrifice this creature at the beginning of the next endstep unless a player does so."

I just thought that grixis needed a fun commander with some flavor.
Its a 1/4 and yes it does have a ton of text and would cause a crap load of hate, which is what I love doing. Trolololololol

There is just way too much to remember and too many triggers to miss. The wall of text that I'm sure you're trying to use to make him interesting is way too wordy. Plus, his abilities and proposed P/T don't feel red either. If this were a real commander I don't see many people wanting to play against it because it makes the games completely unfun. Not in a good way unfun, but I'd just leave the table and play with someone else type of unfun

This card has lots of words and no power/toughness. This seems over complicated. Why would any player expend so many resources just to cast their spells? This probably gets removed immediately.
