I made Catapult Turtle a sultai in case some want to use in a turtle tribal deck lol and since 99% of turtles (maybe 100%) have blue it needed to have blue but it also needed to be in the same colors as Magical Scientist since that was a game breaking combo in early yugioh that caused Magical Scientist to be banned.
As for Envoy of the Beginning the goal is to exile the target creature even if it has shroud or hexproof but i can reword it same with Ra
As for Envoy of the end the stats could be tinkered with a bit but it's meant to be a big beat stick as well but i could lower the mana by a bit but the exile white and black creature from your graveyard bit should be kept as that's central to it's yugi card.

Catapult Turtle's activated ability could use red mana. This isn't a deal breaker, but it would make it slightly more on-color.
Dragon Piper needs a stat boost. 2/4 would probably work.
Envoy of the Beginning needs a revisit: a creature with shroud or hexproof can't lose shroud or hexproof from a targeted ability, and if it's exiled losing shroud/hexproof doesn't matter. What's the intention of this ability?
Assuming you want to keep the stats and abilities, Envoy of the End needs a huge cost in create. This ability is above and beyond the Eldrazi Titans, and seven flexible mana isn't nearly enough.
I'd like to see Ra's Disciple in live play. It seems a little too efficient, but I can be convinced otherwise.
Slifer can use a pure in the mana cost, instead of the hybrid .
Winged Dragon of Ra has the same issue with targeting through shroud and hexproof as Envoy of the Beginning.
Everything else looks pretty good.
