zombie walker?

so I was wondering why we do not have any walkers with the zombie theme?
we have vampires, beasts, dragons, cats, soldiers, wolf, kraken, elemental, elf, demon, assasin, satyr.
we are missing angels as well, but that is a conversation for a later time.
in my attempt to bring zombies to the yard, and use my favorite card, i have come up with the following:
please help me fine tune this bad boy
First off, you want this card to be gold, not hybrid. Mono-black can't do the first ability, and mono-green can't use the other two.
Second, a token with undying is pointless. Undying triggers when the creature dies, and when a token leaves the battlefield, it ceases to exist as a state-based action.
Third, wording:
Do you want the first ability to make a lot of mana of one color, or a lot of mana in any combination of colors? If it's the first, it's "Add X mana of any one color to your mana pool, where X is the number of creatures you control." If it's the second, it's "Add X mana in any combination of colors to your mana pool, where X is the number of creatures you control."
"Put a 2/2 (color) Zombie (capitalized) creature token with (ability) onto the battlefield under your control.
Can't think of the proper way to word the last ability off the top of my head, but I know that it's currently wrong. Sorry. I'm headachey and don't want to think right now.

I'm fairly certain that that 0 ability doesn't work - tokens can't come back with undying. Could be wrong though.
Also, this walker is nutsos bustos in any elves deck.

thanks for the feedback. maybe deathtouch would be better for the tokens.
for the 1st ability, the idea was to make as much mana as you have creatures on the board, similar to xenagos.
wording on the 3rd ability definitely needs a review. the idea behind 3rd ability is sac creatures, and steal just as many from any bin.
in regards to elves, yes this would be cray

You may notice that (as far as I know) there are no 3 mana planeswalkers that can protect themselves for positive (+X), or neutral (0) loyalty. There is a reason for this.

Doesn't liliana have a zombie theme? Previous iterations of her have brought back creatures from the graveyard, and the newest one, Liliana, Heritical Healer, has a zombie theme. When she flips to a walker, she makes a 2/2 zombie. She also can -x to bring a creature back from the grave.

Yeh but they're always more than 3 mana, or they cost loyalty. The new liliana that makes a token when she flips is pretty special, but it's a one-off thing. That's the EXACT problem. You can't have something that costs 3 mana that makes infinite tokens. Making 1 or 2 is ok, but infinite is not.

No no I wasn't replying to your "walkers with 3 mana thing" Chief, was just pointing out that we were not, in fact, missing a walker with a zombie theme.

Undying is really good for a zombie token... Anyways, zombies work really well with the grave, so maybe make his +1 for each creature in your graveyard? His current ability feels very gruul.

Undying does not work at all with a zombie token. The zombie dies, goes to the grave, the ability triggers but nothing happens as the zombie token is removed from the game from the graveyard as a state based action.

If a zombie walker was to be made he/she should be U/B, not G/B. maybe something like this...
Nekros, The Risen
X: Pay X life, Remove X cards from target players library and put them into his or her graveyard, put a 2/2 U/B zombie token onto the battlefield under your control for each creature removed this way.
0: Put a 2/2 U/B zombie token onto the battlefield under our control.
-15: Return all creature cards from all graveyards to play under your control, they are U/B zombies in addition to their other creature types.
Loyalty: 5

Ideally it would be a tri color walker, either sultai or jund. Basically golgari splash x

I wouldnt really like it to be tri colored. I know green has zombies, but the undead is primarily a U/B thing. That's why i added a bit of both to him. Black comes in the form of paying life, and recursion, while blue comes with a bit of mill, and both make zombies.

Reminds me a little bit of Xenagos, the Reveler with its +1 and 0. I would probably take away the undying part on the second ability and make all the mana created by the +1 color related to the card and make the zombies color related as well. if I could I would give this card a +1 cool idea.
