1 Drop Creatures?

I'm looking to stick four 1 drop creatures into my U/W control deck for early board presence. Problem is, I'm not sure which. x.x
What would be your suggestions?

Or delver. Control usually has a high instant and sorcery count.

For standard, the aforementioned are both good choices. If you are playing humans Champion of the Parish is a must. Elite Vanguard, Sanctuary Cat and Phantasmal Bear can also be good early on. If you have an artifact to return to your hand, say a Memnite or other CMC 0 artifact, Glint Hawk is a good choice.
