1 drop Mill card help (Modern)

My deck is Nightmares of Insomnia and my question is simply if people think running Thought Scour over Tome Scour and Serum Visions would be wise. Obviously the scry 2 is really nice. But would -3mill/+1draw make up for it?

I think getting a healthy amount of all three can be really nice though

Yeah it really comes down I think to if I want to scry 2 or mill 2. I may run a 3Tome Scour/3Thought Scour combo
