2HG casual

So a few friends and I have a casual game we have played off and on for the past few years. Recently another player and I got the bug to build 2HG decks that harmonize with each other. The first Card we landed on that seemed fun and new was Winter Orb MTG Card: Winter Orb .

We quickly pulled together various cards and built Stalling 4 Victory. Its a passive Artifact deck that tries to lockout its opponents ability to play cards and play the waiting game until Black Vise can finish them off.

Now we appear to be stuck, and can't agree on the build of a deck to pair with it. Please we need Help. A few cards we have been playing around with are. Anvil of Bogardan MTG Card: Anvil of Bogardan , Propaganda MTG Card: Propaganda , Scepter of Dominance MTG Card: Scepter of Dominance , Balance MTG Card: Balance & Stasis MTG Card: Stasis .
