2HG: Do you think these would work well together?

So, my friend, CitizenD and I are playing in a standard 2HG on Friday, and we could probably use some advice. I never really liked 2HG, but I also really want to play magic with my buddy.
The thing is, since neither of us are particularly experienced, I come to you all asking for advice.
Do you think the decks Ack! Humans! and Baby Jund would work out well with each other? I think so, with mine putting on early pressure, then his finishing things up good old fashioned jund style.
We are aware of the "only four cards between the two decks" rule, so we will be modifying them to account for that, by the way.
So, what do you all think? Also, on second thought, I'm starting to think that the deck help forum is the wrong place for this....

My friend suggested that. He has an extort list, while I do not, so.... It would fall on him to bring it for me to play. (I feel as if I would be more comfortable playing that as opposed to a jund midrange)

Also, in 2HG I think you are only allowed to have 4 copies of any given spell between both of your decks, so it might not work so well.

Yeah, I mentioned that we were aware of that, we just haven't been able to modify the lists yet.
