9 cuts left!! Help!

I am building a Nekusar, the Mindrazer[[ deck called [[please go kill yourself.

Help me make some cuts please but also please justify what, in your eyes, needs cutting.

I'd like to spend no more than $5-$10 on new acquisitions but I may have some of the suggested cards so don't omit any suggestions based on budget and I'll see what I can come up with.
