if i wanted to build a pure mill deck (mono blue) with no budget what should i put in it? p.s. it is standard. i know some Jace, Memory Adept and some Traumatize , what else should i need
Chronic Flooding paired with Psychic Spiral although it worked a lot better with ISD flashback in standard, cards like Think Twice .

Traumatize into Jace, Memory Adept is pretty much all you need, throw in some Omenspeaker and Dissolve and call it a day lol

There are not many options for mono-blue mill in standard. You would be better off adding black to gain access to cards like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Breaking / Entering . Black would also give access to removal like Hero's Downfall .[[

I agree with Yeroc68 you really should add some black in a mill deck. Hero's Downfall or Doom Blade /Ultimate Price . Don't forget you can use Paranoid Delusions and Mind Grind and Consuming Aberration for an alternate win con. Psychic Strike is also a good option for some counter magic

Breaking / Entering
, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver
, Jace, Memory Adept
,Consuming Aberration
, Mind Grind
, Psychic Strike
, and Tome Scour
are pretty much the only good milling cards.
For removal, there is Hero's Downfall
, Doom Blade
, Ultimate Price
, Far / Away
, and Devour Flesh
.
