Abundance in Borborygmos Enraged EDH

I have a Borborygmos Enraged EDH deck with over sixty lands. The goal is to build up a huge number of lands, play a land wipe, then recur everything with something like Creeping Renaissance or to just pitch a few lands and recur them with Life from the Loam . In the deck, I run Abundance in order to help me dig through lands to find non-land answers to stuff on the board, or just to ensure I draw my next land drop. A friend advised me to take Abundance out of the deck because it "does not actively support the game plan of ramping and pitching lands." What do you think? Should I take it out, or leave it? Thank you!

It's an absolute must in Bobo Enraged EDH. If you have that many lands in your deck, you're going to need a way to not draw lands when you need spells. Abundance proves invaluable.

It's also quite the combo with Snake Umbra on Bobo. Always say Land. Machinegun ftw.

Most Golgari players will tell you that one of the basics of recursion is a self milling process. That's why Grisly Salvage is so important; it's two bonuses, not one. you choose one good card to add to your hand but you fill up the graveyard with stuff for later like lands (or in the case of a Golgari deck, anything with Scavenge). I would argue that Abundance is just as important as Life from the Loam because it has the potential to pitch more targets into the grave for Creeping Renaissance .
