Adjusting Kruphix?

If Prophet of Kruphix is a staple in a deck, should people be main boarding 3? Or only two in favor of an extra counter since her abilities don't stack?

I am personally running three in my concept deck. She's not good by herself, but she is a hell of an enabler that can do so much.

My Hydra Brings all the Ladies into the Yard! I have edited this deck like a million times in past few days playing with different ideas and approaches, but to give you an idea what I'm shooting for.
