I have a friend who uses every eldrazi known to mankind (including Emrakul) Along with countless Hedron Matrix . And even if I exile his stuff with things like oblivion ring, he will cycle Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and destroy it. I need something to defeat him, but I don;t know where to start. Please help!

Tumble Magnet is by far the best card against the eldrazi, as well as Journey to Nowhere and Day of Judgment before he can get the eldrazi out, just kill his ramp

another card you can use is Dispense Justice , my gf used it on me when i was swinging with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn made me have to sacrifice it. but i hope this helps too

That doesn't seem as good as the annihilate ability still goes off

When I played against a friend with a budget eldrazi deck, he played a Goblin Sharpshooter in his goblin deck. It instantly killed all of my eldrazi spawn and really slowed me down. I would also imagine this with basic land destruction would really hurt an eldrazi player. Another possibility is to throw in some enchantments like Forced Worship , Lignify , or Arrest to give you some breathing space.
There of course are better cards which are more efficient for what you want to do and what you are are up against but some base ideas:
1) Kill all of his spawn to slow down big eldrazi entrances.
2) Nuke his land.
3) Control/Disruption (Counterspell , Unsummon to make big investments risky or make him pay 11 mana twice).
4) Nulify his creatures with enchantments like those above or abilities (Emrakul, can be tapped every turn by permanent abilities i.e. Blinding Mage or Storm Front ).

Also, for killing Emrakul, the Aeons Torn , Moonlace can come in handy.
For generally decimating a deck with, say, a lot of basic lands, Scalpelexis .
It seems like blue control might be a good deck type.

First off: my apologies for the long post, this turned out to be a lot longer than I anticipated.
I'm assuming deck format isn't an issue here? No idea what colours you'd prefer, so I'll ignore that for now.
One idea you can try is maybe use Blue to try slow down the Eldrazi deck... There isn't much worse than having that Hand of Emrakul returned to your hand after you've just sacrificed your last 4 spawn to bring him out.. Or on the other hand, paid the 9 mana. Either way, it slows down specific Eldrazi quite a bit..
Just be careful which ones you return, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn isn't one you really want to allow your opponent to summon again. On the other hand, Torpor Orb would help with the Aeon's Torn..
I'd second Epochalyptik's vote for Ensnaring Bridge , especially if you can get an army of relatively low-attack creatures to be un-blockable (tap target creature, target creature can't block, flying, etc). The Eldrazi are really strong at straight up attack and defence, but they're also rather predictable. Unless he's got Gravity Well , flying gets past most of the Eldrazi.
Looking through the list of cards from the Rise of the Eldrazi set, here a few other suggestions:
Aura of Silence to slow down enchantments (Boar Umbra , Awakening Zone , Gravity Well , etc) and artifacts (Hedron Matrix , Angelheart Vial , etc).
Blasphemous Act is useful for getting rid of the majority of creatures, and you can thank your opponent for the reduced cost thanks to all those Eldrazi Spawn...
My favourite of all though: Humility . It's any and every combo/ability based deck's worst nightmare. You can turn that 15 CMC monstrosity into a harmless 1/1. Then use some sorceries and instants from the Red side of MtG to deplete their life points. :)

For things like Emrakul, you could use Brittle Effigy . I also think that you can tap and sac a Nihil Spellbomb in response with the Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre ability on the stack, and still exile it all. Right? And maybe it's a stretch, but using Karn Liberated 's abilities to exile his eldrazi, and then starting the game over with them might be almost as fun as Humility .

Another idea... You could use Mycosynth Lattice and Hum of the Radix in an artifact deck (just remember to play Hum of the Radix first...), then just make sure you have a couple Etherium Sculptor s or lots of 'Affinity for Artifacts' love.
This idea should also work nicely to boost creatures such as Master of Etherium or Darksteel Juggernaut (I'm sure there are more like this, I don't know most of them though).

Damnit, I meant 'play Hum of the Radix last', not first... :/

May I ask what kind of deck you're running to face him? I've played against and built a few eldrazi decks. The things that I typically did well with were fast paced gobo decks or infect decks. Emrakul is definitely tough to come back from there is no doubt about that so making sure he is eliminated is crucial. If you decide to go control route then journey to nowhere and oring are your best bets in most cases. Of course board wipes such as DoJ and life's finale also work well.
Eldrazi decks NEED ramp unless they cheat stuff in like quicksilver amulet or my necrotic ooze deck. Obviously land destruction is crucial there. If you run a quick mana ramp deck a case could be made for something like Destructive Force . Take out all of their eldrazi spawn and 5 lands along with probably any other ramping creature they have. Protean Masochism is a deck that did pretty well in that area.

Leyline of the Void stops Eldrazi titans from reshuffling their owners graveyards into their libraries.
Using instant-speed removal (Condemn , Path to Exile , Swords to Plowshares , etc.) will permanently exile most creatures, except for Emrakul, the Aeons Torn .
Ensnaring Bridge is a good way to stop the titans from hitting you.
