Any tips for Boros?

I'm in the process of working with a budgeted Boros deck (as in below $100, right now it's around $70), and I'm just looking for some tips to speed the deck up.
I'm attempting to keep the mana cost at 4 tops, and the only card I see slowing me down is Brion Stoutarm , as I'm trying to use a viable yet mana-cost friendly legendary R/W creature in order to give the deck a great wincon.
